The bed were comfortable but way too small. The hotel says 100% smoke free, but guest were smoking cigarettes and marijuana. Our rooms were filled with smoke and we could hardly sleep because of it. A motorcycle gang was partying in the back of the hotel blasting music. The rooms are much smaller in person than the pictures listed online. No breakfast due to COVID-19 (no brown bag breakfast like other hotels).
You have to put your towels and trash outside of the rooms. No cleaning of the rooms while you stay there due to the pandemic. We only got a few towels. You had to get extra from the front desk.

We arrived yesterday at our hotel and we had to wait an hour for them to process my card. The surrounding of the hotel feel and look unsanitary.it took us over 2 hours for them to find just a do not disturb sign. We saw a huge dead cockroach and its been there for over 24 hrs now. With the room, it feels not clean or welcoming, the room is has a lot of stains. Also the hotel says its a 100% smoke free hotel and the whole hotel smell purely of cigarette smoke even the room. Overall not a good experience

Please pay attention to this review, as I never leave reviews but feel compelled in this.
This hotel stay received one star for two primary reasons:
First, when my party arrived at the hotel at 3PM, ourselves and 3 other groups had to wait 30 plus minutes to check in, as there was nobody on sight who could check us in. The maintenance man was standing at the desk, and told everybody that he could not check any one in, and we had to wait for a manger to arrive to work. While we stood there, the maintenance man let the phones ring incessantly, and offered no solution to the people waiting to check in.
Secondly, despite signage stating that they were supposed to, no employees, be it management, maintenance, or custodians were wearing masks. When we asked about if they were required to, they laughed and said they were supposed to, but that no one would enforce it. They should no respect for personal space, and made no attempt to distance.
To put it simply, this hotel does not care in the least for their guests. They do not care for their time, as evidenced by the 30 minute wait, and they do not care for the health of their employees as evidenced by their failures to adhere to their own signage.
I can not recommend this hotel less, there are many others in the Nashville area, and I highly compelled you to take their business there.
PS If I’m being snarky: There is mold on the ceiling, water stains on the lights in the lobby, and gratuitous stainage on all of the carpeted surfaces.

This is actually a rather ghetto hotel. Rooms are not very clean. I have stayed in others and none have ever been like this one. And since they are not serving breakfast you would think they would discount the price but they aren't. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better!Had to ask to switch rooms cause room was not clean and the second room was just as bad if not worse. Do not wear white socks walking around in the room, they will be black .Carpets need to be cleaned really bad!

Pros: For a cheap hotel it was pretty clean and decent. There was very little walking/moving space but for a bed for 1 night it was fine. Beds were super comfortable and felt clean.
Cons: I made a reservation a few months ago for a room with 2 queen beds. The beds definitely felt more like full sized beds. It didn't make a difference to me but was odd that I didn't get what I had chosen a few months ago.
My reasons for choosing this hotel were:
a) the shuttle to/from the airport
b) they had breakfast
a) the shuttle quits at 9pm. We landed at 9pm so we wound up having to take an Uber anyway.
b) thanks to Covid they weren't doing breakfast. I probably should have called ahead and checked on that but still was disappointed. At the same time it sent me hunting for breakfast and Another Broken Egg Cafe was AMAZING! I highly recommend!
