Apartamento bom ... longa escada de acesso a entrada do edificio podem comprometer acessibilidade, sugiro claramente alertar no descritivo. Elevador não funcionou durante estadia, imprevistos acontecem, mas sugjro tambem avisar antecipadamente os hospedes. Localizacao otima para turismo e zona de entretenimento. Recomendo o local. Voltarei sem dúvidas. Parabens.

Bem próximo ao Mercado da Ribeira, porém a vizinhança não é tão boa, achei a rua muito suja e ruim de comércio, porém a hospedagem é boa.

Lugar interessante para um fim de tarde. Ficam ali várias pessoas bebendo cerveja e ouvindo música (normalmente levam instrumento para tocar la). A parte negativa fica por parte de algumas pessoas que ficam vendendo drogas ao ar livre e a polícia não intervém (mesmo vendo aquilo).

The experience started bad already in the check interactive Kiosk that was developed by partteam.pt The Kiosk it’s not bad because it’s a computer, but because is just horribly designed and I bet 85% of the people need external help to check in. Let’s say you are a family with 2 sons, you need to enter 4 times the address, city and other common data in a computer with on screen keyboard that is full of bugs. Another couple that was first had the same problem, so we called for help and with all the welcome mess you already lost 40 minutes of your holidays. Lisbon low Serviced Apartments is a good idea badly executed. The places are well located but horribly renovated, like if an architect without brains will design it. Beds are nice and big, pillows are horrible, and if the cleaning team would work in a 2 stars Hotel they will be fired after the first shift without any doubt. Don’t be surprised if you find hairs in the bathroom and food in the floor (from last customers). They knock the door to clean your room at 7 PM! Of course I don’t blame them since for sure they have to clean 20 rooms each morning and the leadership is what mostly fails when you see this level of negligence. The renovation of the apartments has some mysterious clitches: towel hangers at 1.80 meters high (really?). The soap dispenser 30 cm. away from the sink and after the hair drier! Just to mention two of them but you can make a long list. Maintenance is close to the emergency call with leaks under sink, fridge that you need to disconnect at night unless you want to sleep close to a power plant all night. I would not be masochistic enough to repeat the Lisbon experience in this apartments. Do select Lisbon Serviced apartments for your stay unless there is no other choice!

Location and price great... The apartment itself is nothing special, although recently renovated. Sink right in front of the bed, toilet just separated with a thin glass door and not well cleaned.

Ubicado justo al lado del Ascensor da Bica. (se accede subiendo por las escaleras que hay al lado del ascensor y a la izquierda te encuentras un portón verde) Es muy sencillo el check in ya que el acceso es por códigos que te envían un par de días antes de la fecha de llegada. El estudio en el que nos alojamos resultó muy cómodo y luminoso. Está bien equipado y limpio. Por poner una pega, la ducha que está a doble altura se inunda de agua. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y secador de pelo. El estudio está situado a pocos minutos de Cais de Sodre (estación marítima, de tren y metro) por lo que es muy fácil desplazarse. También está a pocos minutos de otros lugares de interés. Según nuestra experiencia, lo recomendamos sin dudarlo.

Horrible place, it is very well located close to Time out Market but this is the only positive point.
The smell of our room was very bad, the sink was in front of the bed (very strange) so after using the toilet you need to go out and wash your hands and then go to the next cabin and take a shower.
This division was not clear at all in the pictures from Booking.com, better take a closer look to the reviews next time.
We changed our hotel after the first night and they didn't give us any reimbursement.

The room was clean and well equipped. It is located 5 minutes walking from the metro and train stations, buses are at the bottom of the hotel. All of them easily serve the most famous places of Lisbon.
However some things could have been improved in the room: the washbasin was clogged, there were ants in the sugar jar and there was no view. This room was facing another building wall that stopped the light entering. The area was also very noisy at night.

Ascensor funicular, faz parte da história de Lisboa, vai desde da zona do Cais Sodré (Time out Market) até à zona da Bica (Calhandriz). Belo passeio para evitar subir ou descer a pé. O motorista, que apanhamos, é que não prima pela simpatia...

Very close to the city center and time out market. Flat was modern BUT not clean!!! There were so many hair. Even after the next cleaning they weren't removed.

Este apartamento es como un estudio elegantesy se encuentra en una zona privilegiada del centro histórico de Lisboa, cerca del famoso ascensor de Bica. A unosminutos a pie del barrio de Chiado y del barrio Alto. Recomendable 100%. Excelente relación calidad precio.

Todo bien. Pero solo una habitacion. Eso si grande. Hemos tenido un problema con el baño y aki no lo arreglan de ninguna forma. Limpieza buena.

Gran Hotel, habitación pequeña pero muy completa con cocina incluida. Todo va por códigos y no hay recepción (sólo recepción virtual). En la planta baja hay taquillas para las maletas por 1€. La entrada al Hotel está por la parte trasera del edificio, lo q te obliga a subir una escalera empinada, esa es la única pega.

La habitación nos ha gustado, espaciosa. Teniamos vistas a la ciudad y no se oía el ascensor que está pegando. En la habitación hay nevera, con algún utensilio para cocinar, microondas, cafetera. En el baño hay secador, gel y champu (no son muy buenos pero están bien). Limpian la habitación todos los días. La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, al lado de tren buses. Las calles de alrededor están muy bien para tomar copas.
