Pigeon Forge

A localização é incrível, você não pode vencê-la. Você pode sair de seu quarto para ir a restaurantes, lojas e coisas para fazer! Você nunca teria que sair! Tínhamos a vista da aldeia e adoramos. La ubicación es increíble, no se puede superar. ¡Puedes salir de tu habitación a restaurantes, tiendas y cosas que hacer! ¡Nunca tendrías que irte! Teníamos la vista del pueblo y nos encantó. Nuestra habitación era muy bonita y cómoda, la chimenea era maravillosa para la noche fría. ¡La pequeña cafetería del hotel es nada menos que INCREÍBLE! ¡Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta!

My family and I stayed for two days and we loved it!! Very clean, modern and comfortable. The rooms are very nice, we had the river view and loved sitting on the deck listening to the water. Everything you need is literally right out the front door of the hotel within walking distance. The only suggestion I would have is changing tables in the bathroom down stairs in the lobby. Also, if you plan to wash your little ones bring an inflatable tub as our room only had a walk in shower. They have a roof top bar with a huge pool plenty of places to sun bathe and a hot tub so bring your swim suit, we really enjoyed it as it’s only for the guests. We will be staying again on our next trip!!!

We reserved a King size bed weeks ago. They would not honor our reservation and said the person we needed to talk to would be back on Monday and we could work it out then. By the way, it’s Friday and we won’t be here on Monday. The manager said there is nothing he can do, very rudely. A manager with no authority. Must be a gelding-type manager.The hotel is very long. We were given our room number and keys. When we walked to the far, far end of the building to the room assigned, the keys wouldn’t work. They had given us the wrong room number and keys. They had the correct room number and keys delivered to us. I would never stay here again.

The location is awesome, you can’t beat it. You can walk out of your room to restaurants, shops, and things to do! You would never have to leave! We had the village view and we loved it. Our room was so nice and comfortable, the fire place was wonderful for the chilly night. The little coffee shop in the hotel is nothing short of AMAZING! We will definitely be back!

¡Lo pasé de maravilla! Amigable para niños. El hotel principal (vestíbulo) está justo cuando cruza el puente hacia la isla. Las habitaciones del hotel están por encima de la mayoría de las tiendas y tienen unas vistas impresionantes. Tenía la "vista del río" y era muy bonita. Mantuvimos las puertas del balcón abiertas la mayor parte del tiempo y escuchamos el río (¡no oímos a la gente!) Las camas eran cómodas, la presión de la ducha era buena, tenía una chimenea (solo disponible para encender durante los meses de invierno). Todo el personal fue muy amable. La cafetería adjunta era buena. No utilizamos el servicio de aparcacoches, aparcamos nosotros mismos. No es un paseo muy largo.

Teve um tempo incrível! Aceita crianças. O hotel principal (lobby) fica bem quando você cruza a ponte para a ilha. Os quartos do hotel estão acima da maioria das lojas, com vistas incríveis. Eu tinha a “vista do rio” e era tão bonita. Mantivemos as portas da varanda abertas a maior parte do tempo e ouvíamos o rio (não ouvíamos as pessoas!) As camas eram confortáveis, a pressão do chuveiro era boa, tinha uma lareira (disponível apenas para ligar durante os meses de inverno). Todo o pessoal foi muito amigável. O café ao lado era bom. Nós não usamos o estacionamento com manobrista, nós mesmos estacionamos. Não é uma caminhada muito longa.

O hotel era limpo e moderno. Nosso quarto com vista para o rio era tão confortável e relaxante. Este lugar leva o serviço ao cliente a sério! A recepção sempre nos cumprimentou pelo nome e ansiosa para ajudar. Não posso dizer o suficiente sobre os manobristas que eles foram acima e além. The hotel was clean and modern. Our room with the river view was so comfortable and relaxing. This place takes customer service seriously! Front desk always greeted us by name and eager to help. Can't say enough about the valets they went above and beyond. The house keeping staff was quick with any request we had and the manager Lore Rouse was extremely helpful and helped make our last night of our honeymoon extra special! Can't wait to come bacj!

Had an amazing time! Kid friendly. The main hotel (lobby) is right when you cross the bridge onto the island. The hotel rooms are above most of the shops with awesome views. I had the “river view” and it was so pretty. We kept our balcony doors open most of the time and listened to the river (we did not hear people!) the beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was good, had a fire place (only available to turn on during winter months). All the staff was very friendly. The coffee shop attached was good. We did not use the valet parking, we parked ourselves. Not a far walk at all.

Top-notch service, great location, and unique rooms! We really enjoyed our quick weekend stay here. I saw many reviews about the parking situation, and I’m not sure I understand the complaint. I envisioned the lot being miles from the hotel. It’s closer than any Disney lot and more convenient than many places we’ve stayed in our travels. We knew we had to travel with a flat bed trailer, and Margaritaville Island Hotel was kind enough to arrange permission from the city for us to park in the back of one of the Island lots. A huge thank you to them for going out of the way for us! The service all around was consistent- the bellhops were very helpful and the front desk staff always asked what they could help us with. We loved our room overlooking the village shops. I imagine it could be noisy in the peak season but wasn’t for our stay. The rooms are modern and comfortable. We really loved the fireplace which does actually put off heat and makes for a cozy place to warm up in the winter evenings. The location is perfect- central in Pigeon Forge, right in the middle of the Island with plenty of dining within walking distance. Quick shoutout to Andrea in Latitudes. She took excellent care of us and several others who gathered to watch the Super Bowl in the Latitudes bar. Always smiling and on top of drinks and food service!
