A recepção nos deu uma terceira cama amigável. Temos recebido muito simpática e os quartos são muito limpos e claros.

Os quartos são pequenos mas funcionais e bonitos com Wi-Fi. Mas é natural que os hotéis na Europa não tenham geladeira? O restaurante jantar e o buffet de manhã foram muito deliciosos. Especialmente no buffet da manhã, eu tinha uma boa escolha de pão, queijo e presunto.

Um magnífico hotel com uma recepção calorosa. Éramos quatro, o quarto é muito espaçoso e a cama principal é enorme. Roupa de cama ultra confortável. O hotel está bem localizado perto da autoestrada, do aeroporto além do hotel tem um ônibus que leva você até lá, e do recinto de feiras. Um café da manhã internacional onde não falta nada, tudo é delicioso. Na sala há uma cafeteira de cápsulas, uma garrafa de água com gás.

Nice hotel de quatro estrelas, mantém a sua promessa. Em relação ao padrão Mercure bastante moderno equipado, caso contrário, limpo, como sempre, muito simpática. Os destaques incluem transporte para o aeroporto (cerca de 5-10 minutos em 30 minutos) e almoço para aqueles que têm pouco tempo amanhã. Caso contrário, alguns pequenos defeitos encontrados, que eu não esperava (uma barra rasgada, por exemplo), mas nada de grave, provavelmente foram apenas ignorados. Voltaria.

Na minha opinião, os melhores tempos ficaram para trás. A janela da sala atual está quebrada. Quando tento dobrá-lo, ele vem na minha direção ... na sala em frente a ela, uma escotilha do teto do banheiro já havia caído pela metade. A equipe, porém, é ótima! A limpeza está certa. A sala é grande A "sala de fitness" ... uma bicicleta normal - uma bicicleta de assento e a máquina de fitness obrigatória como em muitos hotéis. Ver fotos. Tudo muito apertado. A sauna é muito pequena. Mas também muito bom.

Conheci o hotel como hóspede de um seminário, é ideal para eventos. Os quartos são luminosos e acolhedores. Todos os meios de comunicação estão disponíveis e há boas condições para um seminário. Os lanches eram particularmente variados e bem repartidos. De iogurte, muesli e frutas frescas a lanches mornos e vegetais secos - simplesmente brilhante. Café, especialidades de chá e smoothies frescos são simplesmente maravilhosamente refrescantes. O almoço é servido em forma de buffet e foi uma refeição deliciosa para vegetarianos e veganos. Infelizmente, a dedução de estrelas existe devido à limpeza dos copos e xícaras, e o interior da área de jantar e as instalações sanitárias estão gastos e parcialmente defeituosos. É uma pena, sem esses detalhes fáceis de consertar, eu gostaria de ter dado mais 5 estrelas. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa, então também aqui 5 estrelas para a equipe. A localização também é imbatível, a proximidade do aeroporto a menos de 10 minutos e do centro da cidade a 20 minutos com paragem de transportes públicos a 110 metros do hotel. Lugares de estacionamento também estão disponíveis em um parque de estacionamento subterrâneo. Se você olhar de perto, poderá encontrar esses itens na parte de trás do hotel. Pense além de ser um hotel para seminários, você também pode pernoitar para uma visita a Stuttgart ou para usuários do aeroporto. Eu capturei algumas impressões na foto. Only positives are friendly staff and easy access to the U-Bahn. BLUF – if you’re PCSing into Kelley and considering this hotel for TLA, run away and go stay at the nearby suites instead. We stayed here two weeks as part of our relocation, so our needs and experience is probably not typical of most travelers passing through. We’re also very experienced travelers in Europe, not spoiled Americans. We were going to stay a month but checked out after our pre-paid first two weeks and moved here to the suites down the road – complete polar opposites! Shuttle from airport – we couldn’t find an information desk, and with no int’l cell and arriving on a red eye we paid 20 euro for a taxi (for a 4km ride). We contacted the hotel before we left the US and they would not pre-arrange the shuttle for our arrival time. Recycling – one of the things we love about Germany is robust recycling programs. Except at the Mercure. We even asked at the front desk where we could take our plastic and aluminum, and the two people looked at each other and shrugged. So, we took our glass to some public recycling bins up the road and added our plastic and aluminum to the growing garbage heaps. If you’re PCSing you can use the Kelley Gym which is pretty good for such a small post. Except that it’s not very convenient to the hotel for an early morning workout. Mercure has a “fitness center”, but it doesn’t open until 9am. Really? And it’s three machines – two bikes plus an antique all-in-one which is fine, but at least it’s something. Our key didn’t work a single time, despite getting new keys THREE times during our stay. The door was ajar some of the time, so we used it when we could. If you’re a business traveler hoping for a workout to get your day started, the 9am opening makes absolutely no sense since it’s not a staffed area. The whole room is a complete waste of space in an otherwise cramped hotel. Deadbolts on the doors would be nice, since the Do Not Disturb sign is merely a suggestion to housekeeping. We’re accustomed to European beds and bedding, this was typical. The pillows, however, were worse than the cheapest Knight’s Inn motel. We would have been better off rolling up towels and stuffing them in the pillow cases. We’re also used to smaller spaces, but when my 6’2” husband can barely sit on the toilet without his knees touching the wall – in a “Superior” room, that’s a little ridiculous. Noise is typical of what you’d expect in an urban location – delivery trucks, garbage trucks, round-the-clock traffic. Bring ear plugs. Walking out the door from the stairs you get to walk right through the smoking area. Great if you’re a smoker, not so great for the rest of us. Pro – front desk staff was friendly and helpful with any question (and all spoke English). Location to U-Bahn is very convenient. If you need a grocery, there’s a Lidl one block away. Kelley is a 1.5 mile walk by road, or a little shorter through some very scenic wooded trails.

Absolutely awesome place. Very friendly staff. Definitely a place I would recommend to all. Great food, amazing service and really good rooms. They also provide a fitness and sauna room. I absolutely loved my stay in Mercure.

Ok Airport Hotel to spend a night or two...somewhat modern decor...free shuttle from and to the airport..not close to any tourist areas or the city...the staff was friendly..
