It looks nice on the outside but my room was disgusting. There was mold in the bathroom and cockroaches crawling around on the ceiling. One of them dropped from off the ceiling and landed on my head. There was something nasty all over the wall near the bed.

EXTREMAMENTE péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Um homem com um forte sotaque foi muito RUDE e gritou comigo quando lhe perguntei se o hotel poderia nos dar uma carta informando que uma reserva feita nunca foi usada. Foi reservado por engano por não verificar os dados de que a taxa fornecida era de um mês à frente. Fomos ao hotel, descobrimos o erro e fizemos uma nova reserva para aquela noite. A empresa de cartão de crédito queria uma carta confirmando que a reserva errada nunca foi usada.

EXTREMELY poor customer service. A man with a heavy accent was very RUDE and screamed at me when I asked him if the hotel could give us a letter informing us that a reservation made was never used. It was booked by mistake by not checking the data that the rate given was for a month ahead. We went to the hotel, found out the mistake and made a new reservation for that night. The credit card company wanted a letter confirming that the mistaken booking was never used.

O cara da recepção é horrível. Eu tive que parar para problemas com o carro em um domingo e estava planejando passar a noite. Depois de estar no meu quarto por menos de uma hora, consegui entrar em contato com a AAA e montar um reboque. Expliquei minha situação para o cara na recepção e ele não me reembolsou o quarto. Fiquei nele por cerca de uma hora no total e não usei nenhuma das comodidades. Pessoal totalmente descuidado

Sou cliente recorrente há anos. Eu amo o Microtel. Está em um local seguro e seguro e normalmente tem o melhor preço da região para um hotel econômico e é muito mais confortável do que a maioria dos hotéis econômicos. Os funcionários estão lá há anos e são sempre gentis e prestativos. As camas têm os lençóis mais aconchegantes e colchão confortável, ótima pressão da água e água aquecida no chuveiro, muito espaço de armazenamento, fácil acesso ao seu quarto e vigilância em toda a instalação. The guy at the front desk is horrible. I had to stop in for car trouble on a Sunday and was planning on staying the night. After being in my room for less than an hour, I was able to contact AAA and set up a tow. I explained my situation to the guy at the front desk and he would not refund me the room. I was in it for about an hour total and didn't use any of the amenities. Absolutely careless staff

I’ve been a repeat customer for years. I love the Microtel. It’s in a safe and secure location and typically has the best price around the area for a budget hotel and is way more comfortable than most budget hotels. The staff have been there for years and are always kind and helpful. The beds have the coziest sheets and comfy mattress, great water pressure and heated water in the shower, plenty of storage, easy access to your room and surveillance throughout the facility. Conveniently located near shopping centers, movie theaters, and restaurants. easy/fast access to the interstate, free breakfast, vending machines and self-service laundry room with quarter machine available for guest use. Always a 5 star from me!

Se eu pudesse fazer 0 estrelas, eu o faria! Em primeiro lugar, o quarto não estava limpo, havia mofo no banheiro, comida no chão e nas paredes ao lado da cama. CHEIRO HORRÍVEL, e o pior de tudo havia 0 água quente para os chuveiros…. Disse ao gerente e ele disse que é estranho ... (não me deixe consertar ou consertar). Multidão muito áspera ficando no motel também e pessoas fumando nas escadas durante a noite !!! Ao todo foi uma estadia ruim e por 85 dólares, pelo menos, eu esperaria estar limpo e ter água quente !!!! Faça um favor a si mesmo e fique em outro lugar !!!

Como esperado e principalmente de acordo com os comentários do Trip.com. A pequena sala limpa cheirava a desinfetante, mas ainda estava limpa. Escuro o suficiente para revelar o filme com a luz apagada. Paredes finas não bloqueavam o ruído da tv dos vizinhos ou batidas altas de portas. Ainda. Nada mal para um lugar barato para dormir na estrada.

As expected and mostly in line with reviews from Trip.com. Small clean room smelled of disinfectant but still clean.Dark enough to develop film with the light off.Thin walls didn't block noise from neighbors tv or loud banging of doors.Still.Not bad for a cheap place to sleep on the road.

If I could do 0 stars I would! First off the room was not clean, there was mold in the bathroom, FOOD on the floor and walls by the bed. HORRIBLE SMELL, and worst of all there was 0 hot water for the showers…. Told the manager and he was like well that’s strange… (not let me fix it or make it right). Very rough crowd staying in the motel also and people smoking in the stairs during the night!!! All in All it was a bad stay and for 85 dollars at least I would expect to be clean and have hot water!!!! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!!

Você pode dizer que eles se preocupam com este lugar, embora seja de baixo orçamento, no entanto, havia algumas formigas na banheira. You can tell they care about this place even though it's low budget however there were some ants in the bathtub. Honestly, that didn't really bother me the place didn't have bed bugs and it didn't stink. A decent place to lay your head overnight I just wouldn't go there for your honeymoon.

El servicio fue bueno. Cuando llegamos nos ayudaron rápido y no hubo problema. Los cuartos se miran como que necesitan renovación pero por el precio estan bien como están. Todo funciona bien y fue un buen lugar para estar por lo que necesitábamos.
