Newer refurbished rooms. Friendly managers. Good priced room in the area. $100 less than some places. Breakfast was average but covered our needs

Nice olhando do lado de fora e no lobby. A mulher na recepção não era muito simpática ou acolhedora. Os lençóis estavam surrados, as toalhas eram pequenas, finas e ásperas. Os travesseiros eram irregulares e achatados assim que você colocava a cabeça neles. O banheiro estava meio sujo e a banheira estava desgastada, cheia de arranhões e ranhuras e havia alguns cabelos nela. As toalhas e panos também tinham cabelo, e o frigobar estava sujo. Não havia nada fresco para comer no café da manhã, nem frutas, nem ovos. Apenas massa de waffle pré-fabricada, doces tipo posto de gasolina e iogurte. Pelo menos havia café. Foi decepcionante, ficamos lá 2 noites.

Hotel pitoresco. Eu fiquei aqui várias vezes. NÃO fique no quarto 234. O AC não esfria, a torneira da banheira espirra tanto quanto o chuveiro - ao mesmo tempo. 2 de 3 das minhas toalhas de banho limpas tinham cabelo de mulher nelas.. provavelmente de quando estavam sendo dobradas na lavanderia.

Hotel pintoresco. Me he alojado aquí varias veces. NO se quede en la habitación 234. El aire acondicionado no enfría, el grifo de la bañera rocía tanto como la ducha, al mismo tiempo. 2 de 3 de mis toallas de baño limpias tenían pelo de mujer... probablemente de cuando se doblaron en la lavandería.

Agradable desde el exterior y en el vestíbulo. La mujer en el escritorio no fue muy amable ni acogedora. Las sábanas estaban raídas, las toallas eran pequeñas, finas y ásperas. Las almohadas estaban llenas de bultos y se aplastaban tan pronto como recostabas la cabeza. El baño estaba un poco sucio y la bañera estaba desgastada, llena de rasguños y ranuras y había algo de pelo. Las toallas y las toallitas también tenían pelo, y la mini nevera estaba sucia. No había nada fresco para comer en el desayuno, ni fruta, ni huevos. Solo masa de gofres prefabricada, pasteles tipo gasolinera y yogur. Al menos había café. Fue decepcionante, estuvimos allí 2 noches.

Quaint hotel. I have stayed here several times. DO NOT stay in room 234. The AC does not cool, the tub faucet sprays out as much as the shower- at the same time . 2 of 3 of my clean bath towels had woman's hair on them.. probably from when being folded in laundry.

Nice looking from the outside and in lobby. The woman at the desk wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. The sheets were threadbare, the towels were small, thin and scratchy. The pillows were lumpy and flattened right out as soon as you laid your head them. The bathroom was kind of dirty and the tub was worn out, full of scratches and grooves and there was some hair in it. The towels and washcloths also had hair in them as well, and the mini fridge was dirty. There wasn’t anything fresh to eat for breakfast no fruit, no eggs. Just pre-made waffle batter, gas station type pastries and yogurt. At least there was coffee. It was disappointing, we were there 2 nights.

Nossa estadia foi ok. Fomos colocados no primeiro andar pelo balcão de check-in e muito, muito barulhento. Tocando a campainha da porta até tarde da noite, os hóspedes barulhentos e podiam ouvir tudo na recepção. De manhã, a equipe de arrumação estava gritando no corredor e batendo na nossa porta antes das 8h30. O café da manhã não era o melhor, sem fonte de proteína. Tudo estava limpo no quarto e ao redor do hotel, mas os níveis de ruído precisam ser controlados.

Os quartos são pequenos! Tudo bem se você estiver lá apenas para dormir e tomar banho! A equipe foi muito agradável, mas o café da manhã você terá que fazer em outro lugar. Não há muitas opções se você quiser algo além de uma barra de café da manhã ou aveia. Ainda tinha políticas de covid em vigor, enquanto outros já haviam voltado às operações regulares sem restrições. Convenientemente localizado perto da rodovia e Sheetz se você estiver em apuros para algo. Não escolheria novamente. Foi o único que pudemos encontrar que tinha disponibilidade no momento em que reservamos para o nosso fim de semana no Elon para ver nossa filha.

Rooms are small! It's ok if you are just there to sleep and shower! Staff was very nice, but breakfast you'll have to do elsewhere. Not a lot of choices if you want something beyond a breakfast bar or oatmeal. Still had covid policies in place while others had already went back to regular operations w/o restrictions. Conveniently located near the highway and Sheetz if you are in a pinch for something. Would not choose it again. It was the only one we could find that had availability at the time we booked for our weekend at Elon to see our daughter.

Our stay was ok.We were placed on the first floor by the check in desk and very very noisy.Ringing door bell late into the night, loud guests and could hear everything at the front desk.In the morning the housekeeping staff were yelling down the hallway and knocking on our door before 8:30am.Breakfast wasn't the greatest, no source of protein.Everything was clean in the room and around the hotel but the noise levels need to be controlled.

Após nossas reservas em outro hotel, somos cancelados no último minuto, os funcionários da recepção foram muito prestativos e amigáveis. Eles até responderam às nossas perguntas sobre a área local e nos aconselharam sobre quais lugares evitar. Obviamente, eles se orgulham muito de seu hotel, e seu profissionalismo mostra isso. Quartos muito limpos e silenciosos, e as donas de casa foram educadas e eficientes. Eu recomendaria este hotel para minha mãe, confiante de que ela seria bem cuidada.

Después de nuestras reservas en otro hotel, cancelamos en el último minuto, los recepcionistas fueron muy serviciales y amables. Incluso respondieron nuestras preguntas sobre el área local y nos aconsejaron sobre qué lugares evitar. Obviamente se enorgullecen de su hotel, y su profesionalismo lo demuestra. Habitaciones muy limpias y tranquilas, y el personal de limpieza era educado y eficiente. Recomendaría este hotel a mi madre, segura de que estaría bien atendida.

Este es el hotel más limpio en el que he tenido el placer de alojarme. Ha tenido renovaciones y mejoras recientes. Me alojé en una suite King que era demasiado grande para mí, pero la disfruté mucho. El personal era amable y muy servicial.

After our reservations at another hotel we're canceled last minute, the front desk clerks were so helpful and friendly. They even answered our questions about the local area and advised us on which places to avoid. They obviously take great pride in their hotel, and their professionalism shows that. Very clean, quiet rooms, and the housekeepers were polite and efficient. I would recommend this hotel to my mother, confident she'd be well cared for.

This is the cleanest hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. It's had recent renovations and upgrades. I stayed in a King suite which was much too big for just me but I greatly enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Atendimento ao cliente horrível, rude e desrespeitoso. Minha família e eu gastamos muito dinheiro aqui e fomos muito maltratados. Você não conseguia nem respirar de uma certa maneira que eles diriam que você estava muito alto. Tínhamos sete, oito quartos. O homem falava muito alto ao telefone com a namorada no meio da noite. Eu não recomendaria este hotel a ninguém. Nem todo o pessoal era ruim, mas o turno do dia na recepção e o homem do turno da noite muito, muito veryyyyy rude.

Horrible, rude, disrespectful customer service. My family and I spent a lot of money here and was treated so bad. You couldn't even breath a certain way they will say you were to loud. We had seven , eight rooms. The man was very loud on his phone with his girlfriend in the middle of the night. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. Not all staff was bad, but the day shift at the front desk and the night shift man very very veryyyyy rude.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in, the people working are amazing, the owner is so nice so as the receptionist. They had very good services and breakfast was also amazing.
