The stay was pretty good overall. I got 2 rooms for 1 night then had the snow come the next day and got 1 of the rooms again and they would not give me the same or cheaper rate. I feel they should have given me a cheaper rate on the night I stayed from sat to sunday

Room was okay. Floor was not the cleanest, especially in the bathroom. .However, it was a reasonable price and had decent queen beds. Had some noisy neighbors one night, but that is not the hotel's fault. I talked to them myself and they settled down. We had 3 people in our room and had to ask for the third set of towels.

The night staff was friendly, but the lady who we turned our cards into in the morning seemed glad to have us leave. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and paper stuffed through the peephole. The shower had a mat covering god-knows what dark mess beneath, and when I turned the hot water on, I could see water leaking through the wall fixture. I don't expect much from a cheap hotel, but we paid nearly a hundred bucks for this, so it would be nice to at least take a shower without having to use the screwdriver in my car to keep the handle for the water from falling out.

I had to evacuate due to Florence. The entire staff was amazing. If I needed anything they were happy to help. The room was clean and comfortable. I would like to specially thank Jay, John, Sean, Patty, and the head of housekeeping. You all went above and beyond to make my stay so good.

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. For the cost, a fridge and coffee maker would have been nice. But, the pool...my children were too grossed out to consider swimming in it which was one of the reasons I booked this place. The water was green and dirty.
