This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had staying at a hotel. I am not one to complain but I think others should be aware before staying at this location. First day, my family checked in, the rooms were clean and pretty spacious. The next morning, we had doordash delivered to our room and within a few minutes of it being dropped off, someone staying at this hotel stole our food. When I called the front desk and asked if they can look at their cameras on the second floor to see who took our food , he told us that he only could check the cameras in cases of emergencies or theft. He said he would try to look at the cameras and hung up and for the rest of the day he never got back to us or apologize for the inconvenience that had occur. Needless to say, our food got stolen and nothing was done about it. Later that afternoon, house cleaning was cleaning rooms across the hall and next door. They were slamming doors, consistently making loud banging noises throughout the halls for over an hour or two. I understand they have to roll the carts down and garbage cans to clean but there is no reason once you’re in a room there is loud slamming where it is heard throughout our room over and over. I stepped out and asked one of the ladies if everything was okay and she looked up at me like I was inconveniencing her and said “we are cleaning”. There is no reason why I should be able to hear you slamming things consistently when rooms are being cleaned. I am a guest at this hotel and am very respectful and appreciative of others and that was just plain rude. Then at check out , they charged us for our 2 night stay again when we already paid when we checked in. The front desk representative was very kind that morning and did process a refund for double payment after the inconvenience had occur. Also, to make you aware, if you do have a pet, they will charge you a fee each night you are there, they made it seem on the phone that It was a one time charge. To say the least, we have never felt so disrespected and treated so poorly.

We stayed here for Christmas. The room was excellent. It was very clean and looked brand new. The service was so so. The employees were nice but it took an act of congress to get some new towels. The place was quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Our dogs came with us and they were very welcomed. Overall, it's a nice place to stay. ☺

I own a business and I have to say, don’t be deceived by the positives reviews they’ve received. This place is ran poorly and it’s a joke.
I would not treat my customers the way they treated me and my wife tonight. If I found out i had an employee doing so, I would fire them immediately. I would give zero stars, if at all possible.
I booked a room to stay from out of town. It was a very busy night for a concert in Charlotte, NC. I was card was charged prior to arrival. When I arrived, I was told we didn’t have a booking, it wasn’t in their system and I didn’t have a room. I showed the boy at the front desk where I was charged and he said there was nothing he could do. He was not understanding at all. Had a poor attitude and just handed me a card to the general manager who not surprisingly was never available to speak every time we called. I had to call 15-20 other hotels in the area before I found a place to stay because again, it was a busy night for a concert and all the hotels were booked out. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and they’ll never receive my business again - as I do a lot of traveling to this area and I will never recommend them.

We travelled to see family and attend a family event. The first of it's kind in our family in over 30 years. This hotel was recommended to us by family. Normally, we stay in a hotel in Charlotte itself, when visiting. We decided to stay another night to enjoy our time with our family more. I asked the young man working the front desk to add a day to our stay. He told me in halting English that he could not do it and that I would have to do online. I have never had any hotel tell me their employees could not make changes to a reservation. I attempted to change it online and keep our rooms but the website was difficult to navigate. The next morning I asked the ladies working the front desk for help and told them about the previous days events. They expressed shock that the other employee refused to help me and told me to use the website. The event was about to start so I sent my family on ahead and my wife would come back and get me before it started. However, the process to fix the problem the hotel created by not allowing employees to adjust reservations cause me to miss the event I travelled 800 miles round trip for. Rather than come to the hotel, fix my issue and reimburse me for the issues they caused the general manager, over the phone (Todd Williams), said I could pay or collect my family, at the event, and go to another hotel. Safe to say I will never use this hotel chain again, if this is how they do business.

The staff were wonderful, super knowledgeable and friendly!
The room was beautiful! So clean, everything was like brand new. Beds and pillows were so comfortable!
The only reason for 4 stars on the location is because there was construction and the entrance was hard to find in the dark. This was fixed with a quick phone call. The woman at the desk talked us 9n over the phone. She was kind and helpful!
