Hotel remodelado, aberto à 1 mês, embora inacabado. Rececionistas simpáticos, que falam inglês para além da língua oficial do país. Parque de estacionamento gratuito. Restaurante no hotel e Mcdonalds mesmo ao lado. Existe meio de transporte para o centro de Amesterdão perto, para quem não saiba, basta pedir informações aos rececionistas.

Quartos muito pequenos, camas twin, staff simpática, perto da estação terminal de autocarros e electrico, a meio caminho entre o aeroporto e o centro da cidade (25min até ao centro de eléctrico)

Apesar de longe do centro de Amsterdã, mas ótimo serviço e quarto. Ao lado do tram número 1 que leva pra cidade toda. Ótima opção de hospedagem já que Amsterdã é brm cara pra ficar.

I slept last weekend in this hotel and me and my boyfriend got bedbugs from it!! We booked the biggest room, it looked very clean, but or skin is telling a different story.... When we woke up we had some bite marks but we thought it was mosquito bites. It’s not! It’s proven that it was bedbugs instead and that the room wasn’t clean after all. The hotel wont call me back, after I complained and when I called again they told me not to call them anymore. It’s really ridiculous that they act like nothing happened! It’s a bad hotel, never ever booking again! I recommend everyone to go to another hotel!

El hotel está alejado del centro, pero bien comunicado. Hay que coger el tranvía durante unos 40 minutos para llegar. Tanto la recepción como las habitaciones están bastante bien, es un sitio tranquilo, cerca de un Mcdonalds y de un lago, además de un parque.The hotel is far from the center, but well connected. You have to take the tram for about 40 minutes to get there. Both the reception and the rooms are quite good, it is a quiet place, close to a Mcdonalds and a lake, in addition to a park.

A horrible place. Dirty, uncleaned, the toiled looked like it haven't been cleaned for years. The walls were dirty, spiderweb's everywhere. Smell in the room was gross. What's more, we found multiple BEDBUGS in our bed.

A correct hotel with a comfortable bed. I recommend for those who, wants to stay away from the city center. Tram Station right next to the hotel and late at night you still can find a bus line to come back and sleep

Is it possible to give less than one star? This hotel desperately needs new carpet. If I were to list the positive attributes with the negatives; then the list for the negatives would far outweigh the positives. My bedding was clean but other customers were complaining about theirs. The walls are also dirty, the drapes are dirty too with AC only partially working . Do not expect any toiletries other than an "all in one" soap. No Kleenex, no wash cloth and only two towels. -But a real cool lighted bathroom mirror. Seemingly forever checkin process and breakfast is meager. You see, the negatives outweigh the positives. Certainly NOT the "luxury" hotel described by booking agencies.
