Good for the price. Know the area before going…it’s Korea Town. It’s fine for the experienced traveler maybe not for first time visitors. The place is clean and has recently been renovated but there aren’t any amenities. The staff is very helpful and it is family owned…trying to rebuild the reputation of the prior owners. It's an old hotel, but was nice. I like the old corridors and the way it was laid out in the middle of K town. É um hotel antigo, mas era bom. Eu gosto dos corredores antigos e do jeito que estava no meio da cidade K.

We spent 5 nights in July in Hometel Suites as a couple. Overall the experience was Ok. Good price / quality ratio. The rooms and thehotel was impeccably clean on a daily basis. The members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Downsides: the windows let in a lot of road noise, making it hard to sleep properly at times; location could be closer to public transportation (particularly the metro) but it's not that far off either - about 13m walking to the closet station but it will take you 1h to get to Santa Monica. Special mention to the lounge area : although small, it's extremely cosy and whoever sets theplaylist has great taste in music. Passamos 5 noites em julho em Hometel Suites como um casal. No geral, a experiência foi ok. Boa relação preço/qualidade. Os quartos e o hotel eram impecavelmente limpos diariamente. Os membros da equipe foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Desvantagens: as janelas deixam entrar muito barulho da estrada, dificultando o sono; a localização poderia ser mais próxima do transporte público (especialmente do metrô), mas também não é tão longe - cerca de 13m a pé da estação do armário, mas você levará 1h para chegar a Santa Monica. Destaque para a área do lounge: apesar de pequena, é extremamente aconchegante e quem monta a playlist tem muito bom gosto musical.

Really great little place- stayed there for one night this weekend for a concert. Valet parking was convenient, the hotel is actually much nicer than I expected for the price on the inside, really nice modern looking hallways and room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was also a flat screen TV which was a nice surprise.The staff is really friendly and helpful, also was willing to extend our checkout time. Our stay went smoothly and with no conflict. My only complaint is that we couldn’t figure out how to get the AC to work- got really, really hot in the room. Opening the window helped a bit, luckily it isn’t too loud outside. Honestly, this is the best you can get for the price! Realmente ótimo lugar - fiquei lá por uma noite neste fim de semana para um concerto. O estacionamento com manobrista era conveniente, o hotel é realmente muito melhor do que eu esperava pelo preço por dentro, corredores modernos muito agradáveis e o quarto era muito espaçoso e a cama era confortável. Havia também uma TV de tela plana que foi uma surpresa agradável. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa, também estava disposta a estender nosso tempo de check-out. A nossa estadia correu bem e sem conflito. Minha única reclamação é que não conseguimos descobrir como fazer o AC funcionar - ficou muito, muito quente na sala. Abrir a janela ajudou um pouco, felizmente não está muito alto lá fora. Honestamente, este é o melhor que você pode obter pelo preço!

I love hometel suites and will be staying here next time I come to LA. It is definitely not some luxurious hotel, but the room is clean and big. Desk and multiple seats. Huge windows with a good view of sunrise and sunset. Room darkening curtains. Quiet and safe (I wasn’t out past midnight so can’t attest past then). Customer service here is on point. Want to shout out Henry who was incredibly helpful. Got sent a text when uber eats dropped things off. Friendly guy. And any other staff member I ran into who I didn’t catch their name was super kind and went above and beyond. Really enjoyed my stay:)

Pros: -bed was comfortable and clean -cheap price -free parking (if the garage wasn’t full) Cons: -trash already in the can when we arrived -pubic hair in the bathtub, which leads me to believe it wasn’t cleaned at ALL -paper thin walls. we heard every word of every conversation happening in the rooms around us -no coffee or hot water or microwave in the room, just a mini fridge with no water or anything in it.Be cautioned that this was very bare minimum for a hotel. We appreciated the nice staff but would not stay here again. Hometel Suites foi definitivamente um local de 2 estrelas. Prós: -cama confortável e limpa -preço barato - estacionamento gratuito (se a garagem não estiver cheia) Contras: -lixo já na lata quando chegamos -pelos pubianos na banheira, o que me leva a acreditar que não foi limpo de jeito nenhum -paredes finas de papel. ouvimos cada palavra de cada conversa acontecendo nas salas ao nosso redor - sem café, água quente ou micro-ondas no quarto, apenas um frigobar sem água nem nada.Esteja avisado de que isso era o mínimo para um hotel. Apreciamos a equipe simpática, mas não ficaria aqui novamente.
