Blood stains on shower curtain. Air/heat unit sounded like a alien abduction taking place. Remote to tv didn’t work. Broken tiles on bathroom floor where you can cut your foot. Manager was smoking a cigarette for 5 minutes with a line at the front desk. No towels or wash clothes when we got there. AND GET THIS. THE DOOR TO THE ROOM OPENED WITHOUT A KEY CARD. If I could curse on here I would. Worst f@?$ing place I’ve ever stayed. Wouldn’t stay here if I was homeless.

Room was not clean. Fresh stains in shower that were unsettling. Toilet did not refill after flush. Horrible smells in room. Left after 5 hours to different hotel. Still charged full rate with no effort to address concerns. Pictures on site are either from when this place was new or are fraudulent representations of current state.

This hotel was not as bad as most of the one star reviewers have said. WiFi was okay, thought I might’ve spoken too soon, but it was fine. My smoke detector was attached to the wall and my sink was not clogged. Front desk was accommodating when the first room we went to did not have a door handle and was ajar. I would give this hotel 2.8 stars but I don’t know how to do that on this platform. Honestly was worth it just to read all these reviews.

Was good, breakfast adequate and hot. Quiet place, slept well.
Negatives, not many. Place a little dated, smoke alarm missing in room. Room a little small, but again adequate!

When we checked in the room had no wash rags and no towels and after they finally washed some they gave us 1 towel for 3 people. The front desk had no idea how to fix any of the problems you would discuss with them. The wall is rotting around the air conditioner. Pillow case had a blood stain on it and they didn’t have any clean to change the pillow case. Mold around the tub. I would never stay there and I won’t ever stay there ever again.
