Unfortunately, you have to give it a star! it's too much I had a reservation and also told the hotel my arrival time. An hour before my registration they called me (9 at night) and told me that I could not use the room. They have workers in the hotel and they don't want to bother me with the noise. The new hotel costs the same price. As you can see on the Internet, it is the same operator, only the cheapest version. In addition, it is 4 blocks from the main road and in Bogotá it is better not to walk the small streets at night. When I said I wanted the room in the hotel that I booked, they told me I could get it the next day. That is once again proof that they simply rented my room to someone else and wanted to put me for the same price in a worse hotel of their company. Do not support liars! There are better hotels in Bogotá that do not lie.
