O hotel é impressionante e a equipe aqui é incrível. I se hospedaram no Hotel Arundel várias vezes e foram muito satisfeitos. Nós até tivemos um chá de bebê e foi realmente uma noite para lembrar. Belo espaço para banquetes e área do lobby. Grite para a equipe do Hotel Arundel! :)

The hotel is stunning and the staff here is amazing. I have stayed at The Hotel Arundel multiple times and have been very pleased. We even had a baby shower and it was truly a evening to remember. Beautiful banquet space and lobby area. Shout outs to The Hotel Arundel Team! :)

Este é um belo hotel com restaurante, bar e piscina no local. A fonte ⛲ na frente é linda e muda de cor ótima foto opp. Os quartos eram muito agradáveis e limpos. Gostei da cama macia e travesseiros. As toalhas do banheiro são do tipo luxo e grossas. Minha única sugestão é manter a piscina aberta até as 22h. Meus filhos não puderam usar porque chegamos tarde. Este hotel também está em uma localização incrível, literalmente na rua do Live Casino e Arundel Mills Mall. Eu vou ficar de novo!

Disfruté de la cama suave y las almohadas. Las toallas en el baño son de lujo y gruesas. Mi única sugerencia es mantener la piscina abierta hasta las 22:00. Mis hijos no pudieron usarlo porque llegamos tarde. This is a beautiful hotel with a restaurant, bar and pool on site. The fountain ⛲ out front is beautiful and changes colors great photo opp. The rooms were very nice and clean. I enjoyed the soft bed and pillows. The towels in the bathroom are luxury type and thick. My only suggestion is to keep the pool open until 10pm. My kids were not able to use it because we arrived late. This hotel is also in an awesome location, literally down the street from Live Casino and Arundel Mills Mall. I will stay Again !

Great hotel, with a restaurant, bar and pool on site. The rooms were nicely decorated, the bathrooms have plush towels. Beds and bedding were so soft and everything was super clean. Beautiful fountain out front. Great location right down the road from the mall and casino.

Estou neste hotel algumas vezes por ano para reuniões de negócios. Absolutamente lindo, a equipe é sempre agradável. Normalmente eu fico com minha irmã ou filho quando volto para Maryland, mas tenho isso na minha lista de lugares para ficar. Desculpe, não posso falar sobre os quartos. A localização é absolutamente maravilhosa também. Você tem tudo e qualquer coisa que você precisa nas proximidades.

Os quartos/hotel são muito básicos no que diz respeito às comodidades. Sem microondas, sem café da manhã. A cama era muito confortável. Os técnicos de serviço de quarto foram muito agradáveis e amigáveis, bem como o concierge da manhã. Os quartos eram limpos e parecia um apartamento moderno. Muito quieto.

Really nice place and the woman at the front desk was very nice and lovely. With that said, I am only giving 4 stars because it is 4 days after our stay and my $50 room security deposit has still not been refunded. Will change review once I receive that money back. ***edit: after one week I received it back so am changing to 5 stars.

I am at this hotel a few times a year for business meetings. Absolutely beautiful, staff are always pleasant. Usually I stay with my sister or son when I come back to Maryland however I have this on my list of places to stay. Sorry I can not speak on the rooms. Location is absolutely wonderful as well. You have any and everything you need in close proximity.

The rooms/hotel are very bare bones as far as amenities. No microwave, no breakfast. The bed was VERY comfortable. Room service techs were very nice and friendly as well as the morning concierge. Rooms were clean and felt like a modern studio apartment. Very quiet.

Tive uma ótima experiência neste hotel. O quarto era excepcionalmente limpo como era o resto do hotel. Mesmo com 2 casamentos e ficando em um andar designado para animais de estimação, não ouvimos nada do nosso quarto e tivemos uma estadia mais confortável. A equipe foi amigável e mais do que dispostos a fazer um pouco de arrumação mediante solicitação durante a nossa estadia! Vamos 100% considerar ficar novamente no futuro. Tuve una gran experiencia en este hotel. La habitación estaba excepcionalmente limpia al igual que el resto del hotel. Incluso con 2 bodas y alojándonos en un piso designado para mascotas, no escuchamos nada de nuestra habitación y tuvimos una estadía muy cómoda. El personal era amable y estaba más que dispuesto a hacer un poco de limpieza a pedido durante nuestra estancia. Consideraremos al 100% quedarnos nuevamente en el futuro. Gracias al personal de The Hotel por una estancia maravillosa y acogedora. Sin duda, uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona por el precio.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. Even with 2 weddings and staying on a designated pet-friendly floor, we did not hear anything from our room and had a most comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and more than willing to do a little housekeeping upon request during our stay! We will 100% consider staying again in the future. Thank you to the staff at The Hotel for a wonderful and welcoming stay. Hands down one of the top hotels in the area for the price.

Este hotel é lindo. Miss Sherry/Sheila é incrível na recepção. Ela se esforçou por nós quando fizemos o check-in no sábado e foi muito agradável e gentil. Ela até nos verificou duas vezes sem que pedíssemos, mas infelizmente no domingo de manhã havia UM BEBÊ GRITANDO ao nosso lado às 9h e ligamos para pedir que eles fizessem algo que a senhora com sotaque caribenho na recepção parecia que éramos a perturbação. . Mesmo quando ela subiu para verificar, ela teve uma atitude. Paguei um extra de $ 50 por um check-out tardio. Má decisão.

This hotel is beautiful. Miss Sherry/Sheila is amazing at the front desk. She went out of her way for us when we checked in on Saturday and was so pleasant and kind. She even double-checked on us without us asking but unfortunately Sunday morning there was A SCREAMING BABY next to us at 9am and we called to ask them to do something the lady with a carribean accent at the front desk seemed like we were the disturbance instead. Even when she came upstairs to check she had an attitude. I paid an extra $50 for a late checkout. Bad decision.
