Nós hospedado aqui em outubro 2021 por duas noites. A localização do hotel foi o nosso principal motivo para ficarmos aqui, no entanto, ficamos impressionados durante toda a nossa estadia com o serviço prestado pela equipe de Lucerna. O nosso quarto era o quarto queen padrão, mais do que suficiente para o quarto médio de Nova York. Pagamos muito mais por acomodações menores no passado. Nosso quarto estava imaculado, a cama era confortável e nossa unidade ac era teimosa, mas abordada imediatamente quando chamamos a atenção da equipe. O bairro é seguro e perto de muitas atrações do Upper West Side. Andávamos por toda parte, tanto de dia quanto de noite, e nunca nos sentíamos inseguros. A equipe incrível até fez um grande negócio sobre o nosso aniversário. Eu recomendaria este hotel para todos que procuram um lugar seguro e confortável para ficar enquanto estiver em Nova York. Além disso, embora nós não comemos no restaurante Nice Matin, nós vidramos nos pratos dos sortudos que o fizeram. Ótima pizza / massa do outro lado da rua no Coppola's também!

We stayed here in October 2021 for two nights. Hotel location was our primary reason for staying here however we were impressed throughout our stay by the service provided by Lucerne’s staff. Our room was the standard queen room, more than adequate for the average NYC room. We have paid much more for smaller accommodations in the past. Our room was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and our ac unit was stubborn but addressed immediately when we brought to staff attention. The neighborhood is safe and close to many upper west side attractions. We walked everywhere both day and nighttime and never felt unsafe. The amazing staff even made a big deal about our anniversary. I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay while in NYC. Also, although we did not eat at the Nice Matin restaurant, we glazed at the plates at the lucky ones who did. Great pizza/pasta just across the street at Coppola’s too!

We stayed here a couple years ago and I heard that it's now used to assist and support homeless people. First of all, five stars as a hotel secondly 10 stars as a place willing to support humanity.

Trabalhando neste local como Segurança. Atualmente, devido à pandemia, a população é uma mistura de clientes sem-teto (mas todos eles são apenas pessoas em baixa vida, não vagabundos ou micro) e residentes / inquilinos permanentes. Muito limpo muito tranquilo. Não se desanime por ele ser usado para abrigar os menos afortunados.

Stayed once, the room is old, stained, dirty and dark, did not enjoy our night. One of the restaurant staff is extremely rudest offensive, he scared my baby girl.

Currently due to Pandemic the population is a mix of Homeless clients (but they're all just people down on life not vagrants or micro) and permanent residents/tenants.
Very clean very quiet.
Do not be turned off by it being used to shelter the less fortunate.

This place is awesome. Stayed here with my wife once for a night out and was not disappointed. Was just watching the news and saw that since the pandemic started they’ve been using this place as a homeless shelter for men. All I got to say is bravo. It’s about time someone helped out and to stay in such a beautiful place. It’s pretty awesome. Also yes I would definitely stay here again and no I’m not afraid of the homeless dudes.

Bueno acostumbrados nuestros hoteles de 4 estrellas en España hay diferencia, su ubicación estupenda y el más economico de los que miramos.

Estuvimos 4 noches el hotel está bien, es limpio, agradable, cuenta con máquinas de hielo. En la habitación hay secadora, plancha, microondas, refrigerador, solo que la ducha estaba tapada y se les informo pero no hicieron nada, son contadas las personas que hablan Español en recepción.
