Había cucaracha muertas en la habitación, el desayuno malo porque nos hizo daño con mi pareja y así cobran alto si no dan buen servicio, lo único que rescató es la buena atención del señor.

Es un hotel 2 estrellas, situado en pleno centro histórico de Guayaquil a 12 minutos del Aeropuerto Joaquín de Olmedo, desde el hotel se tiene una vista al Parque de las iguanas, y a pocas cuadras del malecón 2000, una habitación sencilla para 1 persona te sale en 30$ y te incluye el desayuno. Es un desayuno tipo americano. (pan, huevos con salchicha, jugos, café y frutas). Los cuartos son limpios aunque la fachada se ve antigua y le falta mantenimiento.

Buena relación beneficio costo y ubicación, es un sitio cómodo, no es lujoso, tiene buena limpieza, la parte genial es que se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta para quienes tienen alguna cita de negocios en la prefectura de Guayas o la Alcaldía de Guayaquil, ademas se encuentra junto a un parque emblemático que se llama el parque de las iguanas donde se las puede ver y disfrutar de un paseo nocturno, ya que el sector es relativamente seguro.
