Oh meu Deus!!! Nunca tive uma experiência como esta! Deixe-me começar dizendo que fiquei surpreso que, no meio de uma pandemia, ninguém (hóspedes ou funcionários) usasse máscara. Nenhum sinal de distanciamento social. Quando questionado sobre o assunto o balconista me informou que não era obrigatório no estado de NC. Este lugar me lembrava um abrigo. Crianças brincando no estacionamento e adultos nos corredores. Depois de fazer o check-in, o quarto cheirava a fumaça de cigarro. As fronhas e lençóis pareciam usados. Depois de borrifá-los com lisol e ficar confortável, uma barata correu pelo chão! Matou-o imediatamente e rezou para que fosse um evento isolado. Não!!! Depois da barata número 5 nós empacotamos isto imediatamente e partimos para achar outro hotel a 1am da manhã !! Tentaremos ser reembolsados pelos 4 dias já pagos. Smh .... Eu incluí uma foto de um dos caras que ajudaram a arruinar nossa estadia ATUALIZAÇÃO: Não houve problemas para receber um reembolso. Tudo correu bem

¡¡¡Dios mío!!! ¡Nunca había tenido una experiencia como esta! Permítanme comenzar diciendo que me sorprendió que en medio de una pandemia nadie (invitados o empleados) usara máscara. No hay signos de distanciamiento social en absoluto. Cuando se le preguntó, el secretario me hizo saber que no era obligatorio en el estado de Carolina del Norte. Este lugar me recordó a un refugio. Niños jugando en los estacionamientos y adultos en los pasillos. Una vez que se registró, la habitación olía a humo de cigarrillo. Las fundas de almohada y las sábanas parecían usadas. Después de rociarlos con lysol y ponerse cómodos, ¡una cucaracha corrió por el suelo! Lo mató de inmediato y rezó para que fuera un evento aislado. ¡¡¡No!!! Después de la cucaracha número 5 lo empacamos inmediatamente y nos fuimos a buscar otro hotel a la 1 de la mañana. Intentaré obtener un reembolso por los 4 días ya pagados. Omg!!! I have never had an experience such as this! Let me start by saying i was surprised that in the middle of a pandemic nobody (guest or employees) were wearing mask.No signs of social distancing at all. When asked abt it the clerk let me know that it wasn't mandatory in the state of NC. This place reminded me of a shelter.Children playing in the parking lots and adults hanging out in the hallways. Once checking in, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The pillow cases and sheets looked used. After spraying them down with lysol and getting comfortable,a roach ran across the floor! Killed it immediately and prayed it was an isolated event. Nope!!! After roach number 5 we packed it up immediately and left to find another hotel at 1am in the morning!! Will try to get refunded for the 4 days already paid for. Smh.... I've included a pic of one of the guys who helped ruin our stay UPDATE: There was no problem recieving a refund. All went well

This place is ok, it's affordable, relatively clean, and you do save money and improve the quality of life by having a kitchen, etc. But the room is really, really small and the kitchen is a two burner cooktop (no oven) and there's like....seedy people there (not all but some) because (I think) it's located right in the area of all the cheap hotels.

Ela imediatamente respondeu dizendo que precisa de nossas identidades ou está recusando o serviço. Ela não parou quando acrescentou "Posso deixá-la conseguir um quarto com sua identidade, mas se eu pegá-la deixando você entrar, vou pedir a você, sua esposa e seu filho que saiam imediatamente sem reembolso, então eu não recomendaria. " Fiquei chocado! Esta senhora chutou minha esposa, meu filho de 4 meses, e eu na chuva gelada tarde da noite com a opção de sorte em outro hotel ou dormir em nosso carro. Nós tivemos sorte com o Motel 6 à direita na estrada (que eu recomendo ficar). A senhora do motel 6 entendeu imediatamente e cuidou bem de nós. Se você está procurando um lugar decente para ficar em um hotel mais agradável para literalmente o MESMO preço, vá para o Motel 6 e esqueça esse buraco de merda imprudente!

Fiz o check-in rapidamente. A recepção foi muito informativa e útil. Assim que entramos no quarto, percebemos que o quarto não estava muito bem limpo. Havia manchas de espuma de sabão dos últimos convidados, impressões digitais sujas nas torneiras, manchas nos lençóis e uma abundância de baratas. Eu entendo que esta é uma estadia prolongada, mas a infestação de baratas deve ser cuidada.

Si estás buscando un lugar decente para hospedarte en un hotel mejor por literalmente el MISMO precio, ve al Motel 6 y olvídate de esta mierda desconsiderada.

Got checked in quickly. The front desk was very informative and helpful. As soon as we got into the room, we noticed the room wasn't cleaned very well. There were soap scum stains from the last guests, dirty fingerprints on faucet handles, stains on the sheets, and roaches galore. I understand that this is an extended stay, but the roach infestation should be taken care of.

First, let me explain. My wife, my 4 month old, and I were traveling to visit her sickly father for Christmas. I realized after 3 hours of leaving my home that I left my wallet on top of my dryer! A bad mistake, I know. However, I had my wife with me who shares a bank account with me so we were golden! The only thing I would miss would be my ID, which isn't ideal to not have on me but not a game stopper. We finish our 5 and a half hour drive and show up for check in at our reservation at 10:30 PM which is a bit late but hey, traffic was a bummer. I walk in with my wife and child and speak with the lady at the front desk. I explained my mistake but we have both our debit card and/or cash to pay for the room. She immediately responded saying she needs both of our IDs or she's refusing service. She didn't stop when she added "I can let her get a room with her ID but if I catch her letting you in, I'm going to ask you, your wife, and your child to leave immediately with no refund so I wouldn't recommend it." I was appalled! This lady kicked my wife, my 4 month old, and I out in the freezing cold rain late at night with the option to either luck out with another hotel or sleep in our car. We did luck out with Motel 6 right down the road (which I highly recommend staying). The lady at motel 6 understood immediately and took good care of us. If you're looking for a decent place to stay at a nicer hotel for literally the SAME price, go to Motel 6 and forget about this inconsiderate sh**hole!

Fui até lá e vi isso por mim mesmo. Eu até anexei uma foto que tirei e ela pode fornecer muito mais fotos. Quando voltou para lá na quinta-feira, pediu um reembolso de uma noite, pois eles não podiam dormir lá na quarta-feira à noite. Eles disseram que alguém mandaria verificar o quarto e reembolsaria o valor total se fossem encontrados erros. Ela disse que podemos procurar agora e eles disseram que alguém o faria mais tarde. Ela tentou ligar de volta para ver se eles estavam indo para reembolso e eles haviam bloqueado o número dela. Então, quando ela foi hoje, a senhora foi muito rude com ela. Eu não recomendaria ninguém ficar aqui devido à grosseria, sujeira e insetos. Sem mencionar quando eu fui ajudá-la a juntar suas coisas, todo o lugar cheirava a maconha (assim que você entra no prédio). E não esqueça as roupas sujas da pessoa que estavam em uma gaveta. Mi hija se quedó aquí el lunes pasado y se suponía que iba a ser hasta el jueves. Me llamó molesto el miércoles porque cuando se fueron a la cama, notaron que estaba lleno de insectos. Fui allí y vi esto por mí mismo. Incluso adjunté una foto que tomé y ella puede proporcionar muchas más fotos. Cuando regresó allí para salir el jueves, pidió el reembolso de una noche ya que no podían dormir allí el miércoles por la noche. Le dijeron que pedirían a alguien que revisara la habitación y reembolsara el monto total si se encontraban errores. Ella dijo que podemos ir a mirar ahora y dijeron que alguien más lo haría más tarde. Ella trató de llamarlos para ver si iban a reembolsar y habían bloqueado su número. Entonces, cuando fue hoy, la dama fue muy grosera con ella. No recomendaría a nadie quedarse aquí debido a la grosería, la suciedad y los errores. My daughter stayed here last Monday and was supposed to be through Thursday. She called me upset Wednesday because when they went to go to bed, they noticed it was full of bugs. I went up there and saw this for myself. I even attached a pic I took and she can provide lots more photos. When she went back up there to check out Thursday, she asked for one night’s refund since they couldn’t sleep there Wednesday night. They told her they would have someone check the room and refund the full amount if bugs were found. She said we can go look now and they said someone else would later. She tried calling them back to see if they were going to refund and they had blocked her number. So when she went today, the lady was very rude to her.I would not recommend anyone stay here due to the rudeness, dirtiness and bugs. Not to mention when I went to help her get her stuff together, the whole place smelled like weed (as soon as you walk in the building).And don’t forget the person’s dirty clothes that were in a drawer. That right there tells you they don’t clean properly. Edit to add: They deleted the photo. I will keep adding it back.
